Some trips deserve a place on the calendar long before they happen. This edition is about three of them: a hosted journey to Egypt that we would love you to share with us, the islands of French Polynesia, and Europe the slow way, by river.

In March 2028 we are hosting a small group aboard AmaWaterways’ beautiful AmaDahlia for a journey that pairs Cairo with a Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan. The pyramids, the temples of Karnak and Philae, the Valley of the Kings, all of it with Chris and me traveling right alongside you.

Optional extensions to Jordan and Dubai are available for anyone who wants to make a once in a lifetime trip even bigger. Journeys like this reward planning early, and we would love to have you with us.

There is a particular pleasure in traveling with people who get it: hosted groups, LGBTQ+ charters, and journeys where the company is half the experience. It is why we host trips ourselves, and why we keep a running hub of the LGBTQ+ cruises and group adventures we would happily send our best friends on.

Tahiti, Moorea, and Bora Bora are the rare places that outdo their own photographs. Whether it is a few nights in an overwater bungalow, an island hopping cruise through the Society Islands, or both together, French Polynesia is a journey we never get tired of planning.

River cruising is the easiest way we know to see a lot of Europe without feeling rushed, and it is one of our favorite trips to plan.

OCT 31 TO NOV 6, 2027 · TRYST CRUISES

A brand new all gay cruise line launches with a full ship Halloween charter on Celebrity Beyond, roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale to Puerto Plata, Samaná, and Nassau. A costume party opens the week, the World Famous Tryst Drag Brunch is on the schedule, and a closing party at a private Bahamas beach club ends it. Reservations open in late November, just as this issue lands, with Founder Rates reserved for list members and payment plans from $99 per person down. MAR 12 TO 23, 2027 · OUT ADVENTURES

A 12 day small group journey through Rajasthan with OUT Adventures, 20 guests at most: Delhi, the Taj Mahal at sunrise, Jaipur’s Pink City, and Holi itself, celebrated at a local family’s home in Udaipur.
